Privacy is useful only when the controls are understandable. Here is what you can manage now and how to ask for help.
Correct
Fix what is incomplete
Edit supported food-log details in pHood or contact us to correct account information that cannot yet be changed in the app.
Delete
Delete your pHood account
Open Account & Data from the pHood mobile menu to permanently delete your pHood profile, nutrition history, photos, medication and supplement records, wellbeing check-ins, and active sessions. Active pHood billing is stopped first. Deleting pHood does not automatically delete your reusable Origin identity.
Make a request
We’ll help you exercise your choice.
Email hello@anankeinc.com with “pHood Privacy Request” in the subject. Tell us whether you want access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion. Do not send passwords, passkeys, or sensitive nutrition details by email.
We may ask you to verify your identity. Where applicable, an authorized agent may make a request after we verify their authority.
